Power BlendPower Blend is a unique class, combining intervals of Mat Pilates and Yoga, providing for an increase in overall strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance.
This class provides the variety that fitness enthusiasts are looking for with modifications to fit individual needs. This class is an example of the popular "Fusion" classes, which is among the fastest growing class formats in the world. Class participants will need a Yoga mat and/or towel. Class will include tools, such as resist-a-balls, tubing, and small-weighted dumbbells on occasion. Please meet with instructor prior to class to discuss any limitations.
